EASIEST TRICK FOR DETERMINATION OF HYBRIDIZATION
If after addition and division total is ----

[ 1 ] If after addition of element total sum is 8 or less than 8 then total is divided by 2 .
Now we get a value which is hybridization value.
यदि तत्वों का कुल जोड़ 8 या 8 से कम हो तो कुल जोड़ को 2 से भाग देते हैं और प्राप्त मान संकरण मान होता है।
EXAMPLE-1--
NH3 = N + 3 × H
= 5 + 3 × 1
= 5 + 3
= 8
● Since Total addition value is 8 So addition value is devided by 2 .
= 8÷2
= 4
= SP³
EXAMPLE-2--
BeH2 = Be + 2 × H
= 2 + 2× 1
= 2 + 2
= 4
● Since Total addition value is less then 8 So addition value is devided by 2 .
= 4 ÷ 2
= 2
= SP²
[ 1 ] If after addition of element total sum is greater than 8 then this value is divided by also 8. Now we get a value which is hybridization value.
यदि तत्वों का कुल जोड़ 8 से अधिक हो तो कुल जोड़ को 8 से विभाजित करते हैं । प्राप्त मान को संकरण मान होता है
EXAMPLE-3--
IF7 = I + 7 × F
= 7 + 7 × 7
= 7 + 49
= 56
● Since Total addition value is greater 8 So addition value is devided by 8 .
= 56 ÷ 8
= 7
= SP³d³
[ 1 ] Initially we will add all element then total sum value divided by 8 . now we will get a value which is not completely divided by 8.
now remainder again divided by 2 and and completely divide value and remainder value added which gives hybridization value.
यदि सर्वप्रथम सभी तत्वों को ट्रिक के अनुसार दिए गए अंको के अनुरूप जोड़ते हैं तत्पश्चात प्राप्त मान को 8 से विभाजित करते हैं ।
प्राप्त मान यदि 8 से पूरा पूरा विभाजित ना हो तो शेष को पुनः 2 से विभाजित करते हैं ।
EXAMPLE-4--
IF5 = I + 5 × F
= 7 + 5 × 7
= 7 + 35
= 42
= 42÷8
= 5 + 2÷2
= 5 + 1
= 6
Since Total addition value is greater 8 then addition value is devided by 8 and remainder again devided by 2 .
IF5 = 42÷8
Completely devide + remainder

= 5 + 2 ÷ 2
= 5 + 1
= 6
= SP³d²
